In the fall of 2009 the team of Raiffeisen Real Estate elaborated a methodology for calculation of real estate price indices and began compiling historical price data from the local market. The Index of Raiffeisen Real Estate is the first and only comprehensive indicator of the real estate price dynamics in the regional cities of Bulgaria. The Index was designed to meet the needs of financial institutions, investors, developers and private clients for information on the movement of the actual market prices based on official real estate transactions.

We are proud to note the fact that the Index of Raiffeisen Real Estate is one of the few existing market indicators of the real estate price dynamics in the country, along with the housing price index of the National Statistical Institute (NSI).
